Execution

Eureka utilizes a staged process to guide the planning and execution of projects from the start all the way through to the take over by the Client.

Each stage is passed by a ‘Decision Gate’, typically in the form of a meeting, to assess either the quality or the completeness of activities to date. This process provides a mechanism for Eureka to verify quality and readiness to move from one stage of the project to another in a systematic manner and to demonstrate due dilligence checks and balances are applied during execution.

A Decision Gate can only be crossed if the deliverable or activity in question meets a pre-defined performance standard and a judgement must be made at each structured decision point whether to hold further activities pending receipt of final clarifications or supporting information or move into the sequential phase.  The Decision Gates are as follows:
