Eureka utilizes a staged process to guide the planning and execution of projects from the start all the way through to the take over by the Client.
Each stage is passed by a ‘Decision Gate’, typically in the form of a meeting, to assess either the quality or the completeness of activities to date. This process provides a mechanism for Eureka to verify quality and readiness to move from one stage of the project to another in a systematic manner and to demonstrate due dilligence checks and balances are applied during execution.
A Decision Gate can only be crossed if the deliverable or activity in question meets a pre-defined performance standard and a judgement must be made at each structured decision point whether to hold further activities pending receipt of final clarifications or supporting information or move into the sequential phase.
